The easyIoT smart hub is the more powerful device between all IoT devices, manufacturers and services. It transfers information from one device in a network to another device in another network. You may call it "brain", center, server or just hub.

To extend your easyIoT smart hub with other technologies you can choose in most cases between a USB-stick or a bridge.

While the bridge connects either over ethernet or WiFi to your easyIoT smart hub thus can be placed within the range of your WiFi signal or connected over network cable, the USB-stick must be plugged directly into your easyIoT smart hub with an extension cable (provided).
